It all began with a simple chat about helping a friend when she went back to work, and now we're an award winning childminder setting. As a small setting, we pride ourselves on personal attention, care and support we show to every child and family member. Our approach is rooted in the type of care we would want for our own children, ensuring that everything we do reflects our commitment to the families we work with. After doing this job for the time I have, I can honestly say I still love it and wouldn't know what else I would do if I wasn't looking after children. Watching and helping little ones grow into amazing children and being part of that is something very special. Wining the Highly Commended award at the Nursery Awards was so amazing and shown that all the work we do with both children and families means a lot, to a lot of people.
